Returns and Warranty

Refunds and Returns: 

Our policy lasts 30 days, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a refund or exchange.

Keep in mind, If any damages or defects are caused by you (Example: dropping your product and it breaks) the warranty will not cover.


If you received a defective/damaged item.

Please contact us via email at with pictures/video of the damaged item(s). 

Once we’ve received and inspected the video/image you sent us for your refund or replacement, we will notify you and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, we will send you a replacement if you'd like. Or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.



We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

We have many different warehouses in various different countries. We aim to ship from the warehouse closest to the location of your order.

We ship to all major North American & European countries as well as Australia & New Zealand.
Customs fees may apply for countries outside United States. We do not collect or charge customs fees on any orders. 


Average delivery time:

USA: on average 3-7 days. 

Outside the USA: 8 to 18 business days.

Please note that some shipping delays may occur depending on where the order was placed from.
